Greetings, students and parents. How are you all? I hope that, by the infinite grace of the Creator, you are all doing very well. Today, I would like to discuss a significant topic relevant to both students and parents: the importance of morning exercise for maintaining good health among students.
Many students tend to be quite lethargic. Some stay up late studying and then struggle to wake up in the morning. Often, they wake up just in time to head off to school. This is a very poor habit; following such a routine makes it impossible for students to improve their standing or reach their full potential.
A dedicated student should make it a point to wake up very early—ideally by 5:00 AM—and begin their day with prayer. After all, achieving anything in life requires the Creator’s help. By starting the day with a prayer, a student sets a positive foundation; to maintain good physical health, they must also incorporate exercise into their routine.
Upon waking, a student should first offer a prayer for a bright and meaningful life. After freshening up, they should head to a park or an open space to exercise. In such an environment, they can engage in physical activity while also enjoying pleasant moments with friends. Regular exercise is essential for a student to manage their daily tasks and activities effectively. Morning exercise fosters a sense of freshness and helps maintain a productive, positive flow throughout the day. Therefore, every student should make exercise a priority—it will undoubtedly enhance the quality of their daily life.
And why should this be limited to students? Parents, too, can benefit from exercising in an open space. Exercise plays a vital role for everyone—teachers, parents, and students alike. Engaging in regular physical activity is particularly beneficial for preserving one’s vitality and well-being. Let us all—students and parents alike—embrace our respective responsibilities in this regard. I wake up very early every morning and exercise. This helps improve blood circulation and ensures that the rest of the day goes well.
