Hello everyone,

In this entry I would like to talk about workout! How often are you workout in a week and how intense your training? Both are major factor related to my topic today. Ask yourself how often and how intense and is it suitable for your goals? E.g: Lose weights but are you workout 5-6 days a week? If you do, is it intense enough or you came into the gym took more photos than your routines? It's a trend right to took photos to show that you're working out in the gym but where's the result? Some might lose their weights because of eatless as their terms of "diet". Their workout sometimes are totally out. Not intense and not been push enough. They only works on their comfortable zone. So, how you going to achieve your goal to lose weights in healthy way? Healthy way here means you lose your weight - yes, but at the same time you become slimmer with muscles or easy to say a nice body shape! Most people are lose their weights but doesn't fit at all! Looks more like a zombie or drug addicts. If you know what are you doing, you should be fine.

Sorry no images in this entry.

Protein? Ask yourself do you took protein because you know what exactly you're doing or because it's a trend to took protein after workout? Protein itself has different type and different purpose. Know what you're doing instead of following a trend. Know your body not follow the other people's body. Some people must buy some supplements to start workout because it's a must thing to do. It's a motivation for them, if they got supplement like protein and etc, they went to the gym and workout will get a result fast or in their mind, they body will become like fitness model with 6 packs etc. Who teach you that? Normal people who just active, they get enough protein in their daily meals such as chicken or fish and other. No need to took supplements unless you know what suppose to do. Like you took protein, did you cut your carbs if you wanna lose weights and get ripped body? Some might not because they had other purpose and their workout are suitable with what supposed to eat. How about you? Took protein but your workout isn't hard enough and you eat a lot of carbs and you think you can lose weight? It's totally a joke!

In conclusion, ask yourself the 2 questions at the above, after you know then you can decide whether you need supplement like protein or not? I think that's it for today and any questions can leave your comment below. Till the next entry, see ya!
