Para m铆 es una regla, que cada vez que llegue a una nueva ciudad, debo comer su comida aut贸ctona, o comer como comen all铆. Por eso, cada vez que alguien me dec铆a: tienes que comer ajiaco, yo les tom茅 la palabra, y en el primer restaurante que visitamos, me ped铆 un buen plato de ajiaco.
El ajiaco es una sopa de pollo y papas. Adem谩s lleva ma铆z, y este sabor sobresale mucho en la preparaci贸n. Es com煤n agregarle alcaparras y crema, as铆 que yo tambi茅n se las agregu茅. Esto estuvo acompa帽ado de arroz y aguacate, as铆 que es una bebida bastante completa. En este primer lugar que visitamos, ped铆 una limonada de cereza. La bebida mas rica y refrescante que me pude haber tomado, dejo decirlo.
Tambi茅n fuimos a comer en un corrientazo, que no es m谩s que un restaurante bastante sencillo, que te venden men煤 ejecutivo a muy buen precio. A m铆 me sirvieron una sopa con carne demasiado buena, y adem谩s, me ped铆 un h铆gado guisado, con arroz, pap谩 y una ensalada de calabacines bastante buena.
Y para variar, volvimos a salir a comer, y volv铆 a pedir ajiaco, estuvo rico, aunque el primer sitio estuvo mucho mejor.
Otra cosa que me encant贸, pero no tuve la oportunidad de volver a comerlo ni tomarle fotos, fue el pan de bono, que cosa m谩s rica. Espero volver a comerlo alg煤n otro d铆a.
Espero seguir compartiendo este tipo de publicaciones, que bien saben que me encanta hacer, aunque ha mermado bastante, por algunas circunstancias, pero les aseguro que cada vez que pueda, las seguir茅 compartiendo.

For me it is a rule, that every time I arrive in a new city, I must eat their native food, or eat the way they eat there. That's why, every time someone told me: you have to eat ajiaco, I took them at their word, and in the first restaurant we visited, I ordered a good plate of ajiaco.
Ajiaco is a chicken and potato soup. It also has corn, and this flavor stands out a lot in the preparation. It is common to add capers and cream, so I added them too. This was accompanied by rice and avocado, so it is quite a complete drink. At this first place we visited, I ordered a cherry lemonade. The most delicious and refreshing drink I could have had, let me say.
We also went to eat at a corrientazo, which is nothing more than a fairly simple restaurant that sells an executive menu at a very good price. They served me a very good soup with meat, and I also ordered a stewed liver, with rice, dad and a very good zucchini salad.
And for a change, we went out to eat again, and I ordered ajiaco again, it was delicious, although the first place was much better.
Another thing I loved, but didn't have the chance to eat it again or take pictures of it, was the pan de bono, what a delicious thing. I hope to eat it again some other day.
