Around where I live we are reaching the peak of the heat, with the sun almost directly overhead it makes the days longer. Lots of light has made all the plants grow, though it will not last that much longer. Soon enough autumn will be on the way and change will occur with the landscape. Though in the mean time we can all enjoy the warm sunny days while they last. This week I looked around for some Hive posts about peoples summer experiences, and I gathered some to share with the community.

They picked a great day to visit the beach, a spot in Greece they can enjoy the fresh waters before the temperatures drop. And right now its just the right temperature to enjoy around 80F.
Berries hunters by

With plans to go to the beach canceled they instead turn to the mountains, looking for chestnuts and blueberries they walked a near by road. A little bit a rain showed up and helped cool them off, but unfortunately they did not find the berries and nuts they were after. Though they did find some tasty blackberries.

Getting away from the big cities is a great way to relax. They traveled out to a summer home and enjoyed some tea and good eats while relaxing on a Sunday in Turkey.

Walking around their village they spot a special plant. A Wild hops plant can be spotted growing on some masonry. Normally the summer heat would cook the plant and make it unhappy, but since this year they have had equal amounts of rain and sunshine its doing much better.

With the summer over in less than a month, a trip to a beach was planned. Soon enough they will be moving, so it was nice to spend some recreational time before focusing on that. Best of luck with your move in September.
It was great seeing what everyone on Hive is up to as summertime is wrapping up. Looks like many had a great time during this season, and some great memories will be cherished.
