My friend 
@ryulincoln and I took a day trip out to the river, we brought his canoe and had a chance to finally let it hit the water. Hes had it for months but did not get a chance to use it yet, we set off at a local boat ramp in Lula and paddle up and down the river. We both fish on the river and almost right away @ryulincoln catches a fish, and it was apparently attacked by Otters. He points this out due to how its back fin is all torn up. From the looks of it, that must have occurred recently.
We spent many hours on the water, most of the day actually. It was quite eventful so I broke this up into multiple parts. More to come soon.
