Hello hello I am back and now to continue my little romance and adventure XD
So we had that lazy day, right? and we agreed on an adventure together and so we did an adventure. So getting around the island, we had the option of renting a car, motorcycle or a tuk tuk and since the car was expensive and neither of us knew how to drive a motorcycle, we went with the tuktuk option. Again, he would not let me pay for anything, I swear XD IDK if I was just used to dating broke guys or if this really is how gentlemen treat their ladies. Like know he wasn't rich but he really got upset whenever I had to pull out my wallet in the entire duration of our trip together and every single time I wanted to buy something for myself, he wouldn't even hesitate to pay for it first because he knows I would count first because my coin purse is a mess.
Going back to the activities we did on day 2, our first sto was the 400 year old balete tree that they ended up turning into a fish spa. The idea is cool because they're trying to maintain the tree, the fish nourish I but also protect the roots plus it gathers funds to help maintain it o an overall win, I would say.

I unfortunately did not have enough dead skin for the fishes to feast on and I blame my weekly exfoliation habit for that but he fishes went crazy on my man's feet cuz he ha so mu dead skin on him and even the bi fishes hounded his feet like that.
Then there was this rally cute and confused fish that didn't know whether it wanted to eat or not but it was literally confused enough that I got to pet it XD I do think this fish may be my spirit animal because we're both just confused af XD
Then we did a bit of souvenir shopping and had an early lunch at the café in there. I wouldn't say the coffee was fantastic since coffee is definitely not what Siquijor I famous for but it was enough to keep me going for the day XD
next destination was in Cambugahay falls which wasn't so far from the tree, maybe like a 5 minute ride
It was really pretty there but I think I prefer my usual waterfalls spots for the clearer water. the water was still pretty nice though, really cold and refreshing. And I think for me, I just enjoyed floating in the water because my man said I could just cling onto his back and he'd walk us around the falls XD I mean, he is a 6'4" man so he was an entire foot taller than me XD I think w may hav spent a good 1.5 hours in there before finally getting out. We were supposed to go back to the hotel, nap some more then explore other dinner options but our tour guide had one more stop in mind, and that was the underground river (//:# (!worldmappin 9.14778 lat 123.63896 long d3scr))
We both thought, yeah okay, we'll just get on a boat, look at rocks hen call it a day but when we got there we were so baffled because apparently we had to swim the entire length of the cave XD
This was us internally panicking because what do you mean there was no boat so we were both just really visibly confused but we already paid for it so we ended up just going through it.
So this was the river entrance. Neither of us was claustrophobic but I swear we bascallyrn on pure adrenaline for that last destination XD
So Imagine my joy and relief when we made it back and I could see pants and daylight again XD shit was wild but it was an experience we both laugh about now.
In the end we got back to the hotel around sun down and we said we'd both skip the bath for an early dinner cuz once all hat adrenaline faded we both were just too dead to even function. I was just happy he managed to stay alert long enough to order us dinner otherwise we both probably would have slept as soon as we got out of our wet clothes XD
Day 2 was probably the biggest adventure day we had on that island and probably the most enjoyable one we had ^^
I didn't think documenting my travel would take me one blolg per day but overloading everything we did in the 6 days wouldn't be a good idea because that would have been terribly long to read. I appreciate you guys for going through my little blog! I hope to see more of you in the net few days ^^
