My friend nextgen622@nextgen622 has already written about the lively and lovely dinner we had together with his family about 2 weeks ago. We went to an Italian restaurant called Brunelli that I had an entertainment book voucher for. We ordered the chicken risotto, the spaghetti marinara with white wine sauce and the Brunelli special pizza to share. For dessert we had chocolate mousse and tiramisu. The seafood spaghetti was definitely the standout.

The pizza was very hearty with lots of toppings including salami, olives and red capsicum. The base was nice too.

The chicken risotto was a bit bland for my taste and the rice was a bit too sticky. But adding a bit of cracked black pepper made it tasty.

The tiramisu was served in a cocktail glass. Very nicely presented. I thought it was delicious.

A very busy night at the restaurant but the service was still efficient and friendly.
