Sometimes back, my dad was handling a project in a site and needed few other people to work with him.

After the bricklayer and others came to inspect the place. He asked that everyone brings his or her quotation.
This was meant for him to vet it and pick the notable and affordable one.
After, few days, some quotation began to come in. They where some that he said was made out of greed and was so bogos that he did not even bother to check through the line ups. And they were some he said was under written and if the contract is being given to that person, the person wound come back for more money, which obviously means he did not know the price of things in the market, neither did he ask to know. It was under budget.

At the end, he picked few of the quotations, but there was one he didn't even bother to vet his quotation before submitting to the owner of the project. I became curious and wanted to know; why did you not check the quotation? Why didn't you vet his quotation? But submitted it too. I asked;
That quotation is what I refer to as a ''NOTABLE QUOTATION''. I don't need to check or stress myself before giving him the work to do, he definitely will deliver and not just deliver, but deliver a good and excellent job.
He went ahead to tell me other works that, same person had done for him and how clean and good it was. At a point of explanation daddy noticed I was not convinced then he said; I would prove my word to you.
Few days after, I just returned from school tired, but on time. Daddy asked me to change that we were going somewhere. I thought we were going for outing, maybe shopping or to grab a bowl of ice cream. But instead daddy took me to the site and I was perplexed in awe. He really did a good job. That instant moment I started trusting his work. It was indeed a NOTABLE QUOTATION.
