Today, Mummy and Daddy had a surprise for me, a trip to the Moomin museum! It was a present for my birthday... last year. But, I have to admit, there wasn't a lot fr a little tacker to do there and even I was a bit too young to fully appreciate what was on display.
Daddy didn't take his proper camera but when we went inside, they said that no photos were allowed to be taken and I could hear Daddy's head scream, "Challenge accepted!" He once accepted the challenge in the Valley of the Kings tombs and the guards carried guns there so, he probably wasn't too afraid of the green shirts the staff were wearing, even though they didn't really do anybody wearing them any favours.
Since the shots had to be sneaky (part of the challenge is not to get caught), these shots were taken to capture the atmosphere, not the displays. It is understandable in a museum to not want every display photographed a million times and put on the internet because, it is like leaked celebrity tapes, once they are out there, there is nothing that can get them back. Plus, The Moomin are pretty popular in Japan and you know what they are like (insert 80s stereotype) with cameras.
It was a nice afternoon but the best part was on the way home we dropped in at the beach and went for a swim in the lake. It was so refreshing and, I got to swim naked but, there are no pictures of that... A celebrity leak isn't going to happen to me.
And, daddy didn't get caught although, here is the evidence on the blockchain so....
