Daddy bought me shoes and I love them! They match my pants perfectly. Ok, I am not wearing pants here but I have pants that these will go great with.
You may have heard (unless you are American), that Finland is a pretty cold place and requires some special equipment. I am yet to learn what most of these things are but if you don't have them, you will die. Literally, just die. It is that cold. Even in the summer most years.
Shoes are really important here which is good as I have a little bit of a thing for them and spend a lot of my day playing with all of the shoes I can find in the house. Weirdly, most of them are daddy's. I don't actually like wearing them that much though and when in the car I rip them off (unless mummy leaves my mittens on) because I like my feet to breath. I am a bit of a hippy I think.
These ones are really, really warm and are lined with some weird felt inside and an insulating rubber sole. It is necessary here as it gets super cold on the toes if you aren't careful ,and my toes are so tiny they would become little frozen blueberries in no time. They aren't so easy to walk in yet but, they are cute. Tomorrow I will test them outside.
I was walking around the house in them before dinner and I felt like a space cowboy out on Mars. Perhaps if I practice enough I can hitch a ride on one of those Elon Musk rockets and become one of the first space pirates. I am pretty sure it will be an emerging industry by the time I am of employment age. I wonder if it comes with dental? Not such a big problem now, but there seems to be more teeth filling my face by the day.
