Una flor cayó del árbol
y no puede volver a su lugar preciado,
entonces, se oculta por un rato
esperando un milagro.
Pasa por ese lugar
un girasol con habilidad para caminar,
sigue su camino sin mirar,

A flower fell from the tree
and cannot return to its cherished place,
so it hides for a while,
waiting for a miracle.
A sunflower able to walk,
passes by that spot,
continues on its way without looking,
while the other flower remains hidden.
Pero, el girasol si la vio
y tras un rato regresó,
entre los árboles caminó
y a la flor sorprendió.
La tomó con mucho cuidado
y la puso sobre una rama del árbol,
¡ocurrió el milagro!
y la flor regreso a su lugar preciado.
But the sunflower did see it,
and after a while, it returned,
walking through the trees,
and found the flower by surprise.
It picked it up very carefully
and placed it on a tree branch,
and a miracle happened!
The flower returned to its cherished spot.
El girasol se despide y se va a casa
pero la flor cae de forma inmediata,
el árbol no la quiere en su rama
y la tumbó sin importar nada.
El girasol toma la flor
y la pone entre sus pétalos de amarillo color,
no la dejará sola, un milagro sí ocurrió
y un nuevo hogar ella encontró.
The sunflower says goodbye and goes home,
but the flower falls right away;
the tree doesn’t want it on its branch
and knocks it down without a second thought.
The sunflower picks up the flower
and places it among its yellow petals;
it won’t leave her alone—a miracle did happen,
and she found a new home.
