Hi, guys!
I have to take a tiny break right now from my endless writing—I urgently need to wrap up some blog tasks and film the videos I’m behind on—but it’s no big deal; I think I’ll handle it all pretty quickly. I’ve been filming about six videos a day lately, and if I keep this up, I’ll soon clear that backlog. The main thing is to quickly read the books themselves, too, since a fair number have piled up—all from publishers—so I need to work on those as well. But once I sort all that out, I’ll finally be able to breathe a little and relax.
Some publishers are starting to get nervous, so I need to put their minds at ease quickly. So they don't worry. I’ll film a few more videos today and then publish them—just to keep their nervous systems (and mine) in check. It’s good when everyone calms down and stops freaking out. The main thing is that I don't freak out; my own nervous system is the top priority.
But really, the main thing is working on the text. That’s where the bulk of my time goes, and I dream constantly of finishing it—even though I know it’ll be a long time before that actually happens. I wish it could just write itself. But that won't happen, so I have to write it myself. Still, I’d love for the book to just flow from my brain straight onto the paper without any effort on my part. It’s a shame that’s not how it works.
More than anything, I want to see it published. I really hope it all works out and a publisher picks it up—a good publisher. So, I’ll be waiting for that moment. I’ve already got a rough idea of who I’d like to publish with, and I hope I get picked by one of the very publishers I’ve been dreaming of starting my publishing journey with. But if not... Honestly, I have no idea what I’ll do in that case. But we’ll see.
So, I’m carrying on with the work—wish me luck.
Have a great day, everyone!
