You will need:
*500 g of potatoes
*300 grams spinach
*350 g hard cheese
*300 grams of tomato paste
*salt
*spice
Cooking:
Then spread a layer of spinach, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Then the potatoes again, salt, spices, cheese and spinach, and further sheltering top layer potatoes. A bit of grated cheese is left to sprinkle the pudding at the end of cooking.
Cover the form with foil and put in the oven.
Than remove the foil and then put in the oven to casserole left of excess moisture.
5 minutes before end of cooking sprinkle with the remaining hard cheese casserole and again put in the oven to get a fragrant baked cheese crust.
