My Smashed Beef Tacos are super-loaded with flavors! You have to try it!!!

The ingredients are the usual for beef tacos. Use whatever you desire for your beef tacos. It is the method of cooking that is different in this recipe!

For me, there was the tortilla (I used the 7" tortillas), beef, seasonings for the beef, chipotle sauce, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, avocados, the crema de Mexicana, and whatever you desire, like Pica de Gallo, if you wish... and of course, lime.

Prepare all ingredients: shred the lettuce, chop the green onions, slice the avocados, and season the ground beef.

For the ground beef, I used oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Again, you can use cumin and chilli powder. I used chili flakes.

Okay, now heat a pan over medium-high with a little avocado oil (or olive oil or any cooking oil for that matter).

I "wiped" and spread the beef thinly over the entire tortilla.

Then I cook the beef and tortilla beef side down, in the pan for 5 minutes.

Have the Chipotle sauce and the vegetables near the stove.

Turn the beef taco over and cook the other side! Did you notice how sthe beef has retreated to the center of the tortilla? It's prefect, isn't it?

Next, I put chipotle salsa the beef taco.

Followed by the shredded mozzarella cheese.

Then the vegetables.

Finally, I folded it over...

... and transferred it onto my dinner plate.

Y U M !

I placed Crema de Mexicana on the beef taco (muy delicious!),

and pico de gallo on the side (which I hardly touched).
