We have here Meat Loaf Balls for our dinner. 😋
I've been thinking of what to do with the available canned goods for our dinner. It comes to my mind, why not cook meat balls with the available ingredients I have.
The available food I have here are canned goods and noodles. So, I prefer to cook the Argentina meat loaf. Not only to fry but to make it like meat balls.
So, I made my own meat balls and I called it Meat Loaf Balls.
Ingredients:
1 can Argentina meat loaf mashed
2 eggs beaten
1 Onion chopped and minced
5 cloves garlic chopped and minced
Banana Catsup
Magic sarap
Sugar (I forgot to include in the picture 😀)
Procedure:
- Mashed the meat loaf, chopped and minced onion and garlic. And beat the egg, just add a little of magic sarap.
- Mix the minced onion, garlic and 3/4 of beaten eggs in a mashed meat loaf.
- Make a small balls of the mixed meat loaf. Then, dip the meat balls on the remaining beaten eggs.
Fry the meat balls. Then, set aside once done.
Make a sauce for the meat balls. Saute the chopped onion and garlic until it becomes golden brown. Put some banana catsup and 2 cups of water. Add some sugar and magic sarap depends on your taste. When it boils, add the fried meat balls. Simmer for 2 minutes. Then, serve while hot. 😋
That's the simple dish for our dinner. When canned meat loaf turns to be meat balls. 😀😀😀
