Cuando me casé, y me mudé de la provincia, fue más complicado viajar nuevamente y ver a mi familia en Guantánamo los últimos dos años. He podido ir pero ha sido muy difícil, también se dió el caso de que mi mamá por cuestiones de trabajo estuvo un año y medio de misión en Venezuela trabajando, justo por ese tiempo mi hermana quedó embarazada y esto último me daba mucha alegría, pero la distancia respecto a ellas me afligía mucho.
When I got married, and moved away from the province, it became more complicated to travel again and see my family in Guantánamo these last two years. I've been able to go but it has been very difficult, there was also the case that my mom, due to work matters, spent a year and a half on a mission in Venezuela working, right around that time my sister got pregnant and that last part made me very happy, but the distance from them distressed me a lot.
Para mi mamá era duro no poder estar junto a mi hermana en ese período, aunque tampoco yo podía estar con ella todo el trayecto. Si logré viajar a verle par de veces durante la gestación e incluso estar con ella en el parto, que fue de las mayores experiencias de mi vida, el ver nacer a mi sobrina y estar con mi hermana cuando pasó ese proceso, quedarme las primeras semanas con ellas, y ayudar en lo que pudiese. Es gratificante ser tía jajaja🥰❤️.
For my mom it was hard not being able to be with my sister during that period, although I couldn't be with her the whole journey either. I did manage to travel to see her a couple of times during the pregnancy and even be with her during the birth, which was one of the greatest experiences of my life, seeing my niece be born and being with my sister when that process happened, staying with them the first few weeks, and helping in whatever I could. It's rewarding being an aunt hahaha🥰❤️.
Ya mi mamá está de vuelta en el país, y pude tener el privilegio de estar presente cuando llegó, recibirla y estar al menos una semana a su lado, desde febrero no he podido hacer otro viaje allá, pero si me comunico constantemente con toda mi familia, siempre dejándoles ver cuanto les amo y extraño.
