This particular item is a local delicacy here in Adelaide. A soft bun, covered in sugar, filled with whipped cream and injected with a dollop of strawberry jam in the centre. Simply amazing. Avoid if you are on a diet because of the calories, but the ocassional one just might restore your sanity!
