Normally, when we eat at ethnic restaurants, I end up ordering for my husband. In this case, our server took the initiative and I was very impressed with his "Americanized" selection. Luckily, it turned out to be an ideal pick and the flank steak was excellent. He now has another alternative for next time as well and it is the grilled filet mignon Vietnamese style! We were both grateful because the meal is vastly more enjoyable when both of us are thrilled with the experience.
