Today was not a very good day for me, because the weather today was very cloudy and the atmosphere was not pleasant at all. It rained a lot yesterday and there was a lot of load shedding of electricity. During the rainy season we have to accept two problems and two problems of transportation and load shedding of electricity.
Today I will share with you a simple and delicious recipe. I actually always try to share those recipes which are comparatively more flavorful and take less time to prepare. In fact, working women have to pay more attention to this issue. Because spending more time after working all day becomes very difficult for many.
Today's recipe is made with potatoes and bitter gourd. I have already said that in our country, such recipes are mostly prepared with multiple vegetables. We usually call such recipes as Bhaji. They are just as good with rice as they are with flour bread. And this is why we make more of these recipes. To be honest, such recipes are more suited to our region.
First, I put oil in a pan on the stove, when the oil was hot, I lightly fried onions and green chillies in it.
Then I sliced the potatoes, added salt and mixed well and cooked for some time.
Then I sliced the gourd, mixed all the ingredients, lightly fried the bitter gourd and took it out to serve.
Look how enticing the scene looks before serving, this bhaji turned out to be really tasty. Because turmeric powder or chili powder or any other type of spice is not used here.
Although people in our region always love to eat extra spicy food, sometimes I try to make a slightly different recipe by avoiding the spices.
I am a determined girl, I want to take myself to great heights. I know the challenge is tough, but I still want to go ahead and test my abilities. I don't want to lose before I lose, but I want to win through struggle. I love to write, I love to express my imagination.
