Especially around the holidays, I aim to create multiple flavored recipes. As I don't have much time on other days.
Today I will share with you the recipe for making hot tomato sauce, as now there are many beautiful tomatoes in the market and the price is very cheap. Now if tomato sauce can be prepared and preserved then we can use it in later times to get great taste. In many of our recipes we make tomato sauce, so the sauce will come in handy later.
Yes, not only in making recipes but also while eating many dishes we use sauces to add flavor. So, if you want you can make tomato sauce and store it for a long time. Hope you like today's recipe.
Ingredients required for the recipe-
Tomatoes 1500 grams
Tamarind 60 grams
Sugar 60 grams
Salt 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 5 teaspoons
6 green chillies
Cinnamon 5 grams
5 cardamoms
2 teaspoons of corn flour
Dry chili powder 1/2 teaspoons
Water- like quantity
Preparation phase-
First, I sliced the tomatoes, then put enough water in a pan and cover it with cinnamon, cardamom, salt and green pepper to boil.
Then take a small bowl and take tamarinds in it and mix them with vinegar.
Then I took the boiled tomatoes, collected their juice well with a large strainer. Then I threw away the tomato skins.
Then I put the pan on the stove, pour the tomato juices, heat them and add the tamarind mixture.
Then I added sugar to them followed by dry chili powder and roasted for some more time.
Then take corn flour in a small bowl and mix it with vinegar.
Then I mixed corn flour with them and cooked for some more time to thicken it.
Then after the tomato sauces thickened, I scooped them out into a bowl.
I have used green chillies and dry chillies to make this because I like hot tomato sauce better, if you want you can use only green chillies and add more sugar if you don't like it too hot.
I am a determined girl, I want to take myself to great heights. I know the challenge is tough, but I still want to go ahead and test my abilities. I don't want to lose before I lose, but I want to win through struggle. I love to write, I love to express my imagination.
