Half kg potatoes

One big size onion

Tomato

Green chillies

Cucumber

Cabbage

Crackers or wafers

Tamarind

Dry plum

Spices

Salt

Chat masala

Black pepper

Chilli flakes

Process

First I soaked white chickpeas for 3.4 hours. Then I took potatoes and soaked chickpeas for boiling in the pressure cooker because time was short so I boiled them in pressure. After boiling I cut potatoes into small pieces and also spread boiled white chickpeas.

At the other side I cut cucumber cabbage and onions and tomato into slices and washed under water. Then I also added them in the potatoes and chickpeas.

At the other side I read sweet and tangy sauce of dry plum and tamarind. I soaked first both ingredients then cooked adding one glass water sugar black pepper and chilli flakes.

Then I ready crackers from all purpose flour adding salt and cumin seeds. I mixed whole ingredients and spread salt.

At the last I spread sauce of tamarind and dry plum above the chat and spread chat masala and black pepper as your taste. Final look is ready.

Final look

It's really tasty and crunchy. Don't forget also giving me feedback and good reviews on my recipe. See you soon guys with new recipe. Take care. Bye bye.
