Friday has always been my favorite day because I get to enjoy this day with the whole family in a different way. In fact, I'm always a bit more conscious of everyone having a good time, and so try to enjoy the holidays differently with the whole family. Yes, sometimes I try to travel too, to make the times more colorful.
If we are a little more aware of each other's situation, about the holidays, to strengthen the relationships, then it will undoubtedly be much better for us. Of course, for me, holidays are one more reason and that is the opportunity to make delicious recipes. In fact, everyone's favorite foods taste more enjoyable.
Today I will share with you one of my favorite and delicious recipes. Although this recipe cannot be prepared in all seasons. Because it requires fresh cabbage and tomatoes to make it. In fact, if the vegetables are a little fresher, then their recipes are a little more flavorful. So, I try to make this recipe more in winters.
I make this recipe a little differently, I don't make it the way Bhurta recipes are usually made in our region. So maybe the recipe may seem a little different to you, but you will definitely like it.
Recipe Ingredients-
Cabbage 150 grams
Tomatoes 150 grams
1 onion
1 garlic
4 raw chilies
4 dry chilies
Salt 2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves 25 grams
Mustard oil 2 teaspoon
Water like quantity
Recipe Preparation Phase-
First, I took a pot of water then put the cabbage and tomatoes in it with a spoonful of salt, covered it with a lid to boil it quickly.
After boiling, I removed the skin of the tomato and crushed it and then crushed the cabbage with my hands.
Then put a pan on the stove and heat oil, fry it lightly with dry chillies, garlic and onion.
Then I added green chillies, then chopped green cabbage and tomatoes along with a spoonful of salt.
After that I mixed all the ingredients well, then chopped coriander leaves, cooked for some more time and took it down.
Now ready to serve our different types of Bhurta with different flavors, see how the final scene looks like while serving. It is a slightly different type of vegetable Bhurta, many also call green vegetable filling.
Since in our region we eat rice and atta roti a lot, this special recipe goes well with hot rice or atta roti. Just as it is delicious to eat, its nutritional value is also great, it will impress you from all sides.
