Raw tomatoes are very popular in our region during winters, they are used in cooking various types of vegetables. The presence of which enhances the taste of cooking.
The dry fish that I will cook today is called Bombay Duck in English. But in our local language they are known as 'Laitya fish'. We prefer to eat them dry, they are prepared in various ways. Bombay Duck Dry Fees
Raw tomatoes
Onion
Raw chilies
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Coriander powder
Ginger garlic paste
salt

Preparation phase-
First I put a pan on the stove and heat the oil, then lightly fry it with dry fish and chopped onions.
Then add all the spices including ginger garlic paste and grind it with light water.
Then I gave slices of raw tomatoes, mixed with the spices. Then I added raw chili.
Then I covered it with a lid for a while, removed the lid and cooked it for some more time. Then took it down for serving.
