I have a list of things I’d love to do and a list of things I should do and I spent the last 6 days checking off 0 of them. It’s not laziness.

Trust me. I have all the energy in the world these days in my mind and heart but my body can’t keep up. It’s not getting older, it’s many things.

I’ve been fixing my back issues much faster than before and so I want to put as much energy as I can into that. I spent all weekend doing stretches and simple exercises to stabilize my back.

Then I got food poisoning. 🤣

Spent two days feeling awful and another one trying to catch up on stretching and exercising and studying massage.

So I haven’t had a chance to be here, haven’t had a chance to work on my new music video or socialize or do much of anything. As if they knew, 3 students who never cancel cancelled this week and gave me a break from my very busy Tuesday Wednesday schedule.

I’m not going to say it’s important to give yourself a rest. That’s obvious and I do it and I think anyone who follows me has probably heard that before.

If there is any message here, it’s to pay attention to the thoughts that pop up when you are sick. Even if you are bored, don’t look for distractions immediately.

I find that I’m in a much better state emotionally than 2 years ago, forget about 5 or 10 years ago 😆. I still have worries but I no longer feel run by those worries. Whatever happens happens, I will pray for the best in every moment.

My subconscious still have some lingering blips but I’ll continue working with those and in two years time I will once again be unrecognizable.

Please don’t forget me while I’m absent!
