10K run today <3 proud
Very proud. My shape is jæbetter now after only 3 weeks of ecxercising after long break. Time was 1hour 10min. Not thw best but i am fuc#@ng happy with that time. Inguess ibwill never be in the olympisæc

Hill climb run excercise
This is the right picture from my hill climb. Ha to warm up beflre this. 1K with 5:13 min/km pace was pretty good for beeing me. Faster every today. Tiday is my day lff running so i will be ekther walking

We are queit a good time. He does all the running and i alle the shooting. Not the first time we managed to get 1# place lol. Mostly he play nintendo ds but he helps me in PUBG sometimes aswell

Ready for the winter
