Una vez más el gobierno tomó el control disolviendo los clanes e instituyendo la Diligencia de Camos, un grupo paramilitar que pretendía contener el caos a través de dos ejes centrales, comida en abundancia para todos y un fuerte adoctrinamiento. Diariamente se servían cinco comidas en los centros de asistencia social:
Un desayuno que consistía en frutas, yogurt y un vaso de jugo naranja en punto de las 5 de la mañana.
Un almuerzo en el que servían carne de pollo con patatas, una pieza de pan y un litro de agua mineral con limón a las 8:30 de la mañana.
Una comida que consistía en carne de res con verduras varias, ensalada de lechuga y agua de frutas a la 1 de la tarde.
Una merienda ligera que consistía en una pieza de pan con café, una manzana y frutos secos a las 6 de la tarde.
La cena consistía en huevos al gusto, ya sea con jamón tocino o simplemente revueltos, acompañados por una pieza de pan y café o té.
Los centros de asistencia social eran tantos que difícilmente se veían filas por algún lado, el grado de organización que tenía la Diligencia era tal que hubiera sido la envidia de cualquier institución del anterior gobierno. Por supuesto que todo esto tenía un costo, pero la población lo pagaba con gusto. Solo era necesario asistir a todos los discursos y estar muy atentos. Al principio, la gente iba solo por la comida sin realmente escuchar a los oradores, pero con el tiempo empezaron incluso a participar.
Todo parecía muy hermoso en esta sociedad, pero nunca falta "alguien" que empieza a tener dudas...

There were so many welfare centres that it was difficult to see lines anywhere, the level of organisation that the Diligencia had was such that it would have been the envy of any institution of the previous government. Of course all this had a cost, but the population paid it gladly, it was only necessary to attend all the speeches and be very attentive. At first, people went just for the food without really listening to the speakers, but over time they even started to participate.
Everything seemed very beautiful in this society, but there is always "someone" who begins to have doubts...
