Spicy Soya Sauce Chicken

• 1/3 Cup Dark Soya Sauce
• 1/8 Cup Light Soya Sauce
• 1/8 Cup Rice Vinegar
• 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
• 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
• 1 tbsp Honey
• 1 tsp Brown Sugar
• 5 Big Onions
• 20 Bird's Eye Chillies
• 2 Cinnamon Sticks
• 7 Cloves
• 2 Star Anise
