Hello friends. when I was a student I took a lot of stress for my study. My family always created a pressure on me.
From my early age taking stress was a regular activity for me. But it has no good effect on health. Stress, depression and burnout have become very common problems in modern busy life, due to which the issue of providing separate "Mental Health Days" for mental health care in addition to physical illness is currently very relevant. physical and mental peae both need for us in our everyday life.

Many developed countries and large corporate organizations in the world are already successfully implementing this concept, but since there is a kind of social embarrassment or taboo about mental health in our society, it is important to create an open environment in the workplace where employees can freely express their mental state. However, the biggest concern with this initiative is that many people may misuse it as an excuse to take extra leave even though they do not have any mental health problems, which requires some specific policies to be formulated in the organization.
For example, the maximum number of days an employee can take this leave per year (for example 3 to 5 days per year) can be specified at the beginning, or it can be considered a 'Personal Day' without requiring any complicated proof or prescription so that it does not exceed the scope of general leave. In addition, if an employee needs frequent mental leave, the organization should not see him as an abuser but rather make arrangements for him to seek help from a professional counselor, which will not only solve the real problem of the employee but also stop the misuse of leave. In conclusion, just as physical health is visible, mental illness or fatigue, although not as visible, has an equally significant impact on the workplace. Therefore, preventing its misuse through proper policies and awareness and introducing mental health leave under specific rules can be a very timely, humane, and fruitful step for the modern workplace.
However, considering the abuse aspect, it is not possible to permanently solve the problem by simply increasing the leave, so the workload should be distributed in such a way that employees get enough time for themselves after their daily work. At the same time, it is important to have a back-up plan in advance so that if an employee takes leave, the mountain of work does not burden other colleagues in their absence, otherwise the mental peace of one person's leave will become a cause of new mental stress for another.
Ultimately mental health leave should not be seen as a means of evasion, but as an investment in recharging employees; because a mentally strong and relaxed employee is able to contribute twice as much to the organization as any ordinary employee in the long run, which ultimately takes both the business and the work environment to new heights.
