My Actifit Report Card: August 22 2019

Today I stopped the lazy trend and went for a nice brisk walk.

I had a normal day at the office and my wife did not plan anything for after work, thus I had enough time for a nice walk.

Here in South Africa summer is fast approaching thus we have great weather!!
