It’s a bright day, and lunchtime has arrived; as usual, we’re heading to a café near the office for lunch. Today, I’m really craving some boiled noodles with red seasoning.It goes by the name Indomie Spicy Soup.
And the Indomie soup became my favorite this time; I really devoured it with gusto. It just so happened that there weren't many people around when I ate here—perhaps because it was still early in the lunch hour.
Meanwhile, a friend of mine ordered the ayam penyet (smashed fried chicken) with super spicy sambal; I think the ayam penyet here is delicious—every bit as good as this spicy mie rebus (noodle soup). Another friend ordered the same thing as I did: the super creamy spicy mie rebus.
Yes, because there are so many oil menu choices here. This is the first time I've ordered super spicy Indomie and next time I'll try ordering another version of Indomie.
This is our lunch menu today with a little food, one plate of rice and two plates of rice here have made us very full. And for drinks, as usual, I have to drink a kopiah so I don't get sleepy in the office later when the work piles up and coffee is one of the solutions we want here.
But when eating rice, don't forget to just drink water. I mean, drink coffee after you're ready to eat.
and look at our power Yes, it's like it really whets my appetite, I saw it, my appetite immediately increased because it's been a long time since I ate this fresh, strong, spicy boiled noodles, this boiled noodles with a mixture of ingredients that they make themselves with their own choice of spices and it looks like a red spice with lots of chilies because it looks like the sauce is red, right?
Just look at this Indomie of mine—the broth looks incredibly spicy. As soon as I took a slurp, sure enough, it was spicy and savory with a hint of sweetness; basically, it suits my taste perfectly.
You know, every once in a while, enjoying this super delicious, restaurant-style boiled noodle dish really makes me appreciate Indomie even more.
The taste is chewy like noodles in general, but it seems like these noodles are a bit smaller than regular Indomie and there are lots of toppings, including fried onion crackers and also scrambled eggs.
and there is also tomato lettuce and also cucumber melok this is it and I don't think they are stingy in adding the toppings
Just look at that broth—it is incredibly thick and creamy. It seems to contain coconut milk, which gives it a flavor that is both savory and slightly sweet. As for the spiciness level, I find it absolutely perfect—exactly to my liking.
Meanwhile, my friend chose to have nasi ayam penyet; the chicken was piping hot—freshly fried—and topped with delicious sambal.
The spicy taste of the chili sauce is even more visible when we dip it into the fried chicken, while my friend, even though he doesn't really like spicy flavors, but oh he enjoyed this chili sauce. It seems he already likes it because this chili sauce is often spicy, but it also has a sweet and savory taste.
And I tasted a little of the chili sauce and sure enough, the chili sauce was thick but very delicious because it was hot and had a sweet taste too and I also didn't know for sure what it was made of, what spices and what ingredients it contained because I also didn't trust the waiter here.
One thing is certain: enjoying this ayam penyet and its sambal left me hooked; after finishing the meal, we immediately drank some water and—not to be forgotten—had a glass of iced sanger coffee.
