Lately, a snack item called "hash browns" has become quite viral where I live.In fact, I also saw on my social media that there are lots of ways to make hash browns and I was curious to try making them. Honestly, this is the first time I've tried making them and also the first time I want to eat something I made myself.and after I studied it on the internet, it turned out that the way to make it was very easy

Okay, because I really wanted to enjoy it, so I immediately looked for the recipe on the internet and bought the ingredients. I will make it today, but the process will take a while because the potatoes have to be stored in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or a few hours.Basically until the texture hardens when fried.

This snack is perfect for enjoying in the afternoon, or even in the morning as breakfast.Because honestly, lately I've been preferring a slice of cake or bread for breakfast. I don't have much of an appetite for heavy meals.

and if you are curious about my recipe, just follow the steps that I will share in my post today.

250 grams of cornstarch, half a kilo of potatoes, salt and mushroom stock to taste

manufacturing procedure

First

first I peeled all the potato skins then I washed them until clean and the potatoes that I had peeled I grated with a cheese grater and you can grate with whatever grater you have at home

Second

After the potatoes were grated, I added flour little by little, but I also had to add salt and mushroom stock to suit the taste.

Third

Next, after I stirred everything until it was even, I took a little dough and then I formed it into a slightly elongated oval shape until everything was formed so that I could store it in paper and cover it.

And here are the finished hash brown patties鈥攖hey鈥檙e all set to be enjoyed with your family at home! Oh dear, I completely forgot鈥擨 was supposed to dip them in beaten egg before frying! It completely slipped my mind; I just went ahead and fried them straight away without the egg dip.

Oh well, never mind! Let鈥檚 just enjoy these hash browns without the egg. As I look at them鈥攁nd as I eat them鈥攖hey actually taste delicious and savory even without the egg! Wow, so this has effectively become my vegan hash brown recipe鈥攅ven though I originally intended to follow the authentic recipe, I just happened to forget to add the egg! Hehehe.
