Iced butterfly pea flower drink is a drink I make from herbal ingredients, namely dried butterfly pea flowers, which I boil in hot water and add a sweetener like sugar or honey. However, I don't add honey here, just sugar and lemon to add freshness.
This wild plant has many benefits, one of which is its natural antioxidant properties. I also read an article that said this drink can relieve stress. Wow, this plant is truly beneficial. I found this plant while visiting my relative's house. It was growing abundantly in her yard, even spreading over the fence.
Finally I dared to ask for a few of the flowers and who would have thought that my brother was very kind, besides giving me the flowers he also gave me the dry seeds to plant at home hehee thank you my brother.
When I got home, I put the butterfly pea flowers in the refrigerator, while I sowed the seeds in polybags to be planted later when they sprouted. Three days later, I made a drink from the butterfly pea flowers. When I noticed the flowers had dried out a bit in the refrigerator, I forgot to make the drink that day. "Hmm, but that's okay. I've also read an article that says dried butterfly pea flowers and fresh butterfly pea flowers can both be made into refreshing drinks.

Materials used
6 butterfly pea flowers
400 ml water
1/2 lemon
2 tbsp granulated sugar
Manufacturing procedure
First
First I took a pan and I added water, butterfly pea flowers and granulated sugar
Second
After all the ingredients were in the pan, I cooked the butterfly pea flower water until the water boiled and the water changed color.
Third
And after the water changed color, I filtered the water into another container. Here I had the chance to change the pan because the first one was leaking a little.
Four
After that, I took a glass, put butterfly pea flower water in the glass, squeezed the lime, and put ice cubes in the glass.
RESULTS
This is my butterfly pea flower drink, butterfly pea flower water is famous for its blue color like this, so this is the natural color of the drink, there are no additional colorings so this drink is truly authentic, with the fragrant and fresh aroma of butterfly pea flowers making this drink refreshing, especially with the addition of lemon juice which adds to the freshness of the drink.
With a sweet and sour and fresh taste, it is very suitable to drink during the day, it can also be served to your guests at home, basically this drink is really refreshing and quenches your thirst, try making it at home if you have butterfly pea flowers, because butterfly pea flowers are also quite difficult to find in my area.
