After buying galah prawns at Cot Radih yesterday, I decided to have them prepared tonight—specifically, added to a bowl of Indomie noodle soup. I didn't cook it myself; instead, I took the prawns to a noodle stall where they prepared the dish for us. We only paid the preparation fee, as we had brought the prawns ourselves.

The name of the place is "Mie Sure Cek Pon." "Mie sure" refers to noodles served with a large piece of mackerel tuna (tongkol) inside. If you're curious about mie sure, I’ll review it for you sometime—to be honest, I haven't actually tried it myself yet.I came here just to make the giant prawn noodles that I brought from home.

and why did I choose this place to make noodles? It's no longer a shame. I've heard from many of my friends here that the noodle seasoning is tastier and really feels good, especially the Indomie noodles. Basically, if you add shrimp, the taste will always be delicious and sweet and this is not just ordinary shrimp, this is giant prawns which are famous for their deliciousness.

We didn't have to wait long before the mie arrived at our table, and we immediately went to slurp up the broth—but wait, the noodles were still hot, so we had to be patient before we could enjoy them.

When we arrived, there weren't many people around—likely because it was just after Maghrib. We were there at 7 PM, but I noticed that the place really gets busy after 10 PM, as many men come here simply to have a coffee.

Besides coffee, there are plenty of other snacks sold here—things like Indomie Mi Goreng, crispy noodle snacks, and mie lidi (thin noodle sticks). There’s also a variety of gorengan (deep-fried fritters) and dim sum... what else? Basically, there are lots of street-style snacks available in this area if you hang out here in the late afternoon, though it’s less common at night.

and okay now it's time for me to enjoy Mia and wow the taste is really very appetizing to my taste the mic is just right and I also really taste the spices from the seasoning that they make themselves because what I heard is that here they mix the noodle seasoning themselves they don't buy instant noodles instant seasoning I mean

and look at the shrimp that is very abundant, they put a lot of shrimp, I actually brought it myself from home, but they really put everything that I brought into the noodles that I asked for

And as you can see for yourselves, there is so much meat inside; the meat is naturally very sweet—after all, this galah prawn is renowned for its natural sweetness—and we really enjoyed it ourselves.

Honestly, enjoying this at night isn't exactly ideal, but I really wanted to do it, so I went ahead. Plus, my husband was the one who suggested it, and I couldn't say no—it was something he’d been wanting to do for a long time.

Thank you 🙂🤗
