Actually, I don't want to eat dinner, but what can I do tonight? My husband went out and when he came home, he brought me a packet of crab noodles. If you don't eat it, it's really a shame, hehehe
This crab noodle is my husband's favorite noodle. He really likes eating crab or shrimp. Basically, he always wants to eat all kinds of seafood, especially mixed with Indomie.
I myself also really like seafood but to enjoy it I limit it a little Especially at night like this I suggest not to eat too much, but tonight what can I do because my husband has been kind enough to bring me a pack of crab noodles I mean he brought two packs of crab noodles one for me and one for himself he deliberately brought this crab from his regular place to buy it.
I opened it right away, and a wonderful, fragrant aroma filled the room. Seeing such a huge crab, I couldn't wait to dig in and enjoy it.
And as it turned out, the treat from my husband’s go-to spot was truly delicious—its natural sweetness was so intense that it completely captivated my sense of smell.
And when I started enjoying the noodles—they weren't particularly chewy, but it seemed like they hadn't been overcooked, so they weren't mushy. That’s actually how I like them; I don’t care for noodles that have been cooked for too long. The same goes for the broth—it was very savory, and the seasoning had a bit of a spicy kick, which I really enjoyed.
After enjoying a bit of the noodles, I turned back to the large crab. I carefully removed the shell to reveal the meat inside; honestly, though, I was a bit disappointed—despite the crab's large size, the meat wasn't particularly plump or substantial.
I don't know what kind of crab is interesting to see from its shape and the crab is stretched out but not with its meat.
Well, even though the meat isn't particularly thick or plump, it’s truly delicious—fresh, savory, and a real pleasure to eat. It’s so good that I even found myself sucking the meat right off the bones! Honestly, it feels like it’s been such a long time since I last had crab noodles.
And thank you so much to my beloved husband—tonight, you brought me this crab noodle dish, which is absolutely delicious.
