My grandmother is an excellent cook and one of her specialties is sarmadakia (green leaf rolls filled with rice or rice with mince).
The leaves she uses for this recipe are either vine leaves or kale leaves. Personally, I like them both!
The rolls go perfectly with some refreshing yoghurt on the side, just dip and bite!
Can you resist them? I surely can't!!
