We had some visitors today. Trumpman's brother and Little Man's godfather came to carry some wardrobes somebody was giving away. They brought home all the pieces, did not assemble them, as I need to figure exactly where they are going first and later had something quick for lunch.
I had run out of ideas, I did not want to make a pasta dish, as I cooked pasta with a shrimp sauce the last time Little Man's godfather was here, so I dug in my freezer and found some burgers and sausages along with a packet of paprika flavored potatoes.
All I needed to do was first lay the meat on my baking tray, sprinkle it with some olive oil and half an hour later, I added the potatoes. The boys are no friends of salads, so I didn't cut any vegetables, we only had some bread with our main dish.
Now I need to find the time and clean the wardrobe pieces, then make room in the attic so we can put at least of them up there. I will finally be able to put all those pillows, quilts and blankets we rarely use in there. Right now they are wrapped into big storage bags which are inside bigger plastic bags, but they are lying on the floor and I don't like that. It's also very stressful to have a room full of stuff and bags filled with clothes and blankets scattered around.
I wanna hope that in a couple of weeks we will manage to put an end to all this and have our stuff neatly organized.
