Hoy quiero contarles sobre una salida familiar el jueves con mi familia al centro comercial La Vela, a la inauguración del nuevo anexo, pero cuando llegamos al sitio, el estacionamiento del centro comercial que tiene varios pisos estaba completamente lleno y muchos visitantes estaban estacionando los carros a los alrededores y en un terreno baldío, pero tampoco conseguimos dónde estacionarnos, y como a mi esposa no le gusta todo ese alboroto, decidimos irnos.
Para no perder el viaje fuimos al Centro Comercial Costa Azul a dar una vuelta por las tiendas. Estando allá decidimos ir a comer pizza en una panadería que queda cerca de la casa que se llama Baguette Bistró.
Está panadería ya tiene sus cuántos años y siempre han vendido pizzas y pasticho, además de lo que normalmente venden en una panadería, y tenían un espacio pequeño con unas 4 mesas para que los clientes se sentarán a comer.
Al lado de la panadería se encontraba Óptica Cabuka, que cerró hace como un año, así que compraron ese local para ampliar la panadería y colocar allí las ventas de las pizzas y pasticho.
La decoraron es muy buena, le instalaron luces en las paredes, le colocaron plantas de plástico que caen del techo, ambiente musical y ahora tienen más de 10 mesas. Los fines de semana, sobre todo en la noche, se llena con gran cantidad de clientes que vienes a degustar las pizzas y pastichos, que además de ser muy ricos tienen buenas promociones.
Entre las promociones tienen una pizza familiar con un adicional en 5$, una familiar con un adicional más un refresco de 1,25 litros en 6$ y una familiar con 2 adicionales y un refresco de 1,25 litros en 7$. En cuanto a los pastichos tienen uno en 3$ y 2 pastichos por 5$.
La pizza que pedimos fue el de la promoción número 2, la familiar con un adicional y el refresco. Entre los adicionales tenían jamón, champiñones o maíz, mi esposa y los niños decidieron por los champiñones y yo la quería con jamón, pero como la mayoría quería los champiñones, decidimos por esa, en mi familia todo se resuelve en democracia. ¡La mayoría manda!
La pizza estaba muy sabrosa, la salsa estaba muy rica y la masa no era tan delgada ni tan gruesa, tenían bastante queso mozzarella y champiñones, a todos nos gustó, y lo mejor es que la sirvieron rápido y pasamos un tiempo en familia bastante genial, a pesar que no hicimos lo que habíamos pensado. In order not to lose the trip we went to the Costa Azul Shopping Center to go for a walk around the stores. While we were there we decided to go eat pizza at a bakery near the house called Baguette Bistró.
This bakery is a few years old and they have always sold pizzas and pasticho, besides what they normally sell in a bakery, and they had a small space with about 4 tables for customers to sit and eat.
Next to the bakery was Optica Cabuka, which closed about a year ago, so they bought that place to expand the bakery and place there the sales of pizzas and pasticho.
The decoration is very good, they installed lights on the walls, plastic plants that fall from the ceiling, music and now they have more than 10 tables. The pizza was very tasty, the sauce was very rich and the dough was not too thin or too thick, they had plenty of mozzarella cheese and mushrooms, we all liked it, and the best thing is that they served it fast and we had a great family time, even though we didn't do what we had thought we would do.
