A principios de diciembre les hable que había llevado arreglar el Hidrovac del carro por qué una de las membranas estaba rota y se rompió debido que la bomba o bombín dónde se coloca la liga de freno está desgastada y daña las gomas del cilindro de la bomba y esto hace que entre liga al hidrovac.
Bueno el lunes salí en el carro y siento los frenos largos, me estacionó para revisar el nivel de liga y me encuentro que le faltaba bastante, voy y chequeo los tambores para revisar si está botando la liga por los cilindros pero estos se ven secos sin rastros de liga de freno. Ya me estaba imaginando que podría ser las gomas de la bomba, ya que tenían unos 5 meses que se le cambiaron por el problema que tiene la bomba.
Así que regrese a casa y espere hasta hoy para llevar a revisar los frenos, gracias a Dios que hoy abrieron el taller y chequearon los tambores por si había una fuga de liga y no encontraron nada fuera de lo normal, luego revisaron la bomba y cuando la estaban desmontando se dieron cuenta que había liga en la entrada del hidrovac y me dijeron que las gomas de las bomba estaban dañadas y había que cambiarla.
Les dije que sí, que las cambiarán, así que procedieron a sacar las gomas del cilindro, y lo llevaron adentro del local para que el otro mecánico las cambiara mientras que el otro lavaba con jabón la bomba y le hiciera mantenimiento. Ya colocada las gomas, cheque que las gomas montadas fueran nuevas, el otro mecánico procedió a introducirla al cilindro colocandole un poco de vaselina para que entrara sin mucho esfuerzo.
Ya por último procedió a instalar la bomba en el carro y purgar el sistema para que no quedará aire atrapado y pudiera frenar bien.
Bueno amigos, quise compartir esto con ustedes y como escribí en mi post anterior, me queda por reunir para comprar una bomba nueva y evitar así estos inconvenientes.

So I went back home and waited until today to have the brakes checked, thank God that today they opened the shop and checked the drums for leaks and found nothing out of the ordinary, then they checked the pump and when they were disassembling it they realized that there was a leak in the hydrovac inlet and told me that the pump rubbers were damaged and had to be replaced.
I said yes, they would change them, so they proceeded to remove the tires from the cylinder, and took it inside the shop for the other mechanic to change them while the other one washed the pump with soap and did some maintenance. Once the tires were in place, the other mechanic proceeded to insert it into the cylinder, putting a little Vaseline on it so that it would fit without much effort.
Finally he proceeded to install the pump in the car and purge the system so that no air is trapped and could brake well.
Well friends, I wanted to share this with you and as I wrote in my previous post, I still have to get together to buy a new pump and avoid these problems.
