Originally modest homes built in the 50's - 60's It's a quiet neighborhood not far from the beach but far enough so that there are no crowds parking in your front yard. It's a place that's great for kids. It's a place that you wish your parents bought a home or two or three. Why? So you could live there now with 60's property taxes. Only very successful wealthy people can afford it now.
