Why? Because they are the "Christmas trees" they put in the bay. They put lights on them and at night they look really nice. Too soon for Christmas? Not for me. I'm sick of heat waves and summer bullshit and the raging insanity all around me.
So I'm fantasizing about being healthy and happy and sleeping well and... My childhood was far from perfect but I loved getting a tree and getting out the box full of lights and ornaments to hang on it.
