I had no idea what to have for dinner. On my way back home, I stop by at Subang USJ for the purpose of finding what to have for dinner. Subang USJ area has a lot of restaurant ranging from Asian to western cuisine.
I made a few rounds at the area and passed by various restaurant.. but none of the restaurant enticed me. After few minutes, I saw this long queue for a restaurant that is located at the corner lot.
The restaurant name is "Nasi Lemak Warisan Sambal Opah". I've read about this restaurant once, but I've never tried the nasi lemak there. Following is the Google maps coordinate: 3.045845975626201, 101.58673452604265.

I started joining the queue at 6.30PM. I reach at the front of the queue at 7.15PM. Meaning I queue for about 45 minutes before I can get my nasi lemak 😅

The queue started from the main entrance until it curved to the opposite car park. The number of customer did not reduce from the time I arrived until I reach the front of the queue.
Before you are allowed to enter the restaurant, you need to scan the MySejahtera app QRCode that is located at the entrance. Fortunately it has not started raining when I was queueing. The weather was windy and dark.
MySejahtera is a mobile application developed by the Government of Malaysia to facilitate contact tracing efforts in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in Malaysia. At the front of the queue, there is a tray on top of the banquet table where the crew placed the wrapped nasi lemak. Just not my luck, as I reach at the front of the queue, all wrapped nasi lemak was sold out.
I need to wait for another 10 minutes for the crew to prepare and wrap a new batch of nasi lemak. Once the crew put the nasi lemak on the tray, I straight away took 3.
However, the size of nasi lemak sold here was really small. One pack of nasi lemak won't be enough for an adult to eat. I took 3 pack of nasi lemak, and I still feel hungry.

Other than nasi lemak, there are varieties of side dishes to choose from. I can see there was a beef and chicken rendang, fried chicken, fried egg, and many more. I think there was around 14 side dishes. But, I didn't took any of the side dishes.

This is how the nasi lemak looked like. It was wrapped with a banana leaf, and then wrapped again with newspaper. It was one of the best nasi lemak I've ever had. The price is really cheap, for one pack nasi lemak is just 0.3USD. Side dishes will cost more than the nasi lemak.
Right after I finished my nasi lemak, it has started raining heavily. Pity those who are still queueing at the outside. I think the restaurant owner need to think how to tackle the queue bottleneck
