As usual, my kids are involved in the process. I had a 5 years-old helping hands, mostly to play with the dough and eat the cheese while we cook.
For the dough: two cups of all-purpouse flour, fresh yeast, water, salt, garlic powder and oregano. In warm water we mixed the ingredients, keeping salt and east apart from each other. We mix 'till its in the right consistency, adding water or flour to correct. We cover the dough and put it in a dark and warm place for one hour to let the yeast grow.
For the sauce: tomatoes, onions, celery, basil, chives, salt and pepper and olive oil. All to the blender and then we cooked it for a while.
And of course, mozzarella. We lay the dough and make little holes with a fork, then add the sauce and the cheese.
To the oven, and 10 minutes later we are ready to eat some home made pizza.
