Yesterday I drove through with Lesley - my daughter in law to Nicosia and then afterwards to their apartment for an impromptu lunch.
Jack, my son lit up a fire and we had beef and chicken burgers for lunch.
Later, Lee joined us and then I caught a lift home with him.

Pasta with salami, tomato and parmesan cheese
I have an Italian staying at my airbnb and he makes the most delicious smelling pasta's every night - so this was my dinner totally inspired by him.
Tonight's supper was not very healthy - but delicious. A potato waffle with some salami and a fried egg - Yum!!!
