Ramen noodles have 820mg of sodium per serving, this means one package has 1640mg.
If you eat just two packages of Ramen noodles for dinner, you're taking in 3280mg of sodium 😳
If you want to cut your sodium intake down, cook the two packages in 4 cups of water like the directions say. Once the noodles our cooked to your desired tenderness, dump half of the water out, (2 cups) now instead of two packets of seasoning, only use one packet. You can now consume the same amount of noodles with just half the sodium. You can also take in less sodium by dumping the remaining broth (if any is left) rather than drinking it.
Don't waste that extra packet of seasoning, save it for another day, just add it to thin spaghetti noodles, and you'll get another meal at a very cheap price.
