Un reencuentro muy especial | A Very Special Reunion 🤗💕

Hello chicos, qué tal su fin de semana?! Por estos lados bastante movido, tanto que ayer no me vieron por aquí, y hoy aunque traté de publicar temprano, fue simplemente imposible, pero finalmente tengo tiempo para contarles el por qué ayer no pasé por el blog, y es que ayer mi amiga Claudi me pidió que fuese con ella a la última jornada de un torneo de ajedrez en el que estaba participando su hijo César, y por supuesto no me negué, ya que tenía bastante tiempo sin ir a los torneos y compartir con mi amiga Jesy y los chicos, pero ayer había un motivo muy especial y era poder saludar a Nohelia, la hija de Jesy, quien después de un año regresó de China hace dos semanas y no nos habíamos visto.

En esta oportunidad el torneo se realizó en Rattan Plaza ubicado en la avenida cuatro de mayo, y no en Ecocenter como de costumbre, y aunque la verdad no me encanta este lugar porque siempre hace muchísimo calor el hecho de reunirme con mis amigas me hizo olvidar por completo ese pequeño detalle y sin dudas valió la pena.

Fue lindo poder ver a Noe después de tanto tiempo y también reunirme con mis amigas, Claudi y Jesy, ya que teníamos bastante rato sin reunirnos las 3, así que aprovechamos el tiempo para conversar, ponermos al día, y por supuesto comer a algo rico y ese algo rico fueron unos perros calientes superdeliciosos que estaban vendiendo en la feria de la comida que instalaron en el centro comercial.

Por supuesto que también compartí con algunos de los chicos del ajedrez a quienes les tengo mucho cariño, y es que a fin de cuentas aunque Matías ya no practique esta disciplina compartí con ellos por uno tres años los fines de semana de torneo, así que básicamente fue un día de reencuentro, que sin lugar a dudas para mí fue súper especial.

Hey guys, how was your weekend?! Things have been pretty hectic around here—so much so that you didn’t see me around yesterday, and today, even though I tried to post early, it was just impossible. But I finally have time to tell you why I didn’t stop by the blog yesterday: my friend Claudi asked me to go with her to the final day of a chess tournament her son César was playing in, and of course I didn’t say no, since it had been quite a while since I’d been to a tournament and spent time with my friend Jesy and the kids. But yesterday there was a very special reason: to say hello to Nohelia, Jesy’s daughter, who returned from China two weeks ago after a year away, and we hadn’t seen each other yet.

This time, the tournament was held at Rattan Plaza on Cuatro de Mayo Avenue, rather than at Ecocenter as usual, and although I don’t really love this place because it’s always so hot, getting together with my friends made me completely forget that little detail, and it was definitely worth it.

It was nice to see Noe after so long and also to catch up with my friends, Claudi and Jesy, since the three of us hadn’t gotten together in quite a while. So we made the most of our time to chat, catch up, and, of course, eat something delicious—and that something delicious turned out to be some super-delicious hot dogs they were selling at the food fair set up in the mall.
