The weekend is finally here! It's time to rest and in my house the least we want to do is cook. But of course we have to eat haha.
So we were thinking about what to prepare that would be quick, tasty and good for a rainy Saturday that came as a surprise last weekend as it usually happens here.
After a bit of thinking the answer came..... "Ramen". But a "special" Ramen because I didn't use only the noodles and envelopes it comes with but I added some grated carrots, finely chopped cabbage, scallions, diced chicken breast and that was it. It turned out super delicious and believe it or not, it was made very quickly.
And to create the "ambience" we ate it with chopsticks 🤣.
It may seem like a lot of work for someone who wanted something quick but with me nothing is really simple haha.

Por fin llega el fin de semana! Es hora de descansar y en mi casa lo menos que se quiere hacer es cocinar. Pero por supuesto hay que comer jaja.
Así que estuvimos pensando qué preparar que fuese rápido, sabroso y bueno para un sábado lluvioso que nos llegó de sorpresa el fin de semana pasado como suele suceder aquí.
Después de pensar un poco la respuesta llegó... "Ramen". Pero un Ramen "especial" porque no usé sólo los fideos y sobre que trae para su preparación sino que le agregué algo de zanahoria rallada, repollo bien picado, cebollin, pechuga de pollo en cubos y listo.
Quedó súper delicioso y aunque no lo crean se hizo muy muy rápido. Y para crear el "ambiente" lo comimos con palitos chinos 🤣
Puede que parezca mucho trabajo para alguien que quería algo rápido pero conmigo nada es realmente simple jaja.
