Not all of us are lucky enough to be free on Mother's Day and be able to spend it exclusively with our families and let ourselves be pampered. In fact, many of us work that day, but there is always time for a little family time.
Happy #motherhood day friends and happy weekend to all! Another week is gone and I can't believe it's almost June.... "2023" grab pause please, I still haven't lost the pounds I need to and December is coming!
On this side of the world I come a little late to tell you about our Mother's Day express outing, because as I mentioned in the introduction in our case we have to work on all the special dates thanks to our business, so, we either do something "flash " or we leave it for another day.
This time we decided to go for the first option and taking advantage of the fact that we went out to deliver our products to pamper other moms, we took the kids and stopped at a supermarket that has a waffle shop to have a delicious family breakfast, recharge our batteries and keep working!
We had been to this place several times before and both the kids and we wanted to go back, so this was the ideal moment.
Each one of us decided on a different option so we could try a little of everything and then in a new opportunity we could choose with more confidence or keep trying new combinations, because there are much more than 4!!! In fact I think there are more than 10.
And just because of this it took us some time to decide, but we managed to do it, and by the way, we all felt we made a good choice and enjoyed a delicious breakfast.
We tried a banana one with chocolate syrup, another one with whipped cream and guava jam, one more with whipped cream and raisins and finally mine which was bacon, butter and maple syrup. In the end, after trying them all, my favorite was mine because it felt like a breakfast; the others were like a snack, according to my taste of course.
The important thing is that everyone was happy with their choice and that was great. There were no regrets or disappointments, but we were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast and despite the delay to bring them to the table I feel it was completely worth it, plus the wait served to talk a little, enjoy our company and of course take pictures.
And as I always say, it's not the place, not the time, not what you do, but who is with you that makes an ordinary day a special day, and spending even 15 minutes with my favorite people in the world is priceless.
I love my family and spending time with them is priceless, even if it's just a quick outing, we know how to make the most of it and enjoy it as we should. At the end of the day, life is made up of moments, you have to live it!
And although a little late, I want to wish a happy day to all the #motherhood mommies with whom I share day by day the path of motherhood.

No todas tenemos la suerte de estar libres el día de las madres y poder dedicarlo exclusivamente a compartir con nuestras familias y dejarnos consentir. De hecho muchas trabajamos ese día, pero siempre hay tiempo para un ratito en familia.
¡Feliz día amigos de #motherhood y feliz fin de semana para todos! Otra semana se ha ido y no puedo creer que ya casi es Junio... "2023" agarra pausa por favor, todavía no rebajo los kilos que necesito y ya viene diciembre!
Por este lado del mundo vengo un poco tarde a contarles de nuestra salida express del día de las madres, pues como les comento en la introducción, en nuestro caso toca trabajar en todas las fechas especiales gracias a nuestro emprendimiento, así que, o hacemos algo tipo "flash" o lo dejamos para otro día.
En esta oportunidad decidimos irnos por por la primera opción y aprovechando que salimos a hacer Delivery de nuestros productos para consentir a otras mamitas, nos llevamos a los niños y paramos en un supermercado que cuenta con un local de wafles para tomar un rico desayuno familiar, recargar energías y ¡seguir trabajando!
A éste lugar ya habíamos ido en varias oportunidades y tanto los niños como nosotros queríamos regresar, así que ese fue el momento ideal.
Cada uno se decidió por una opción diferente para poder probar un poco de cada cosa y así en una nueva oportunidad escoger con más seguridad o seguir probando nuevas combinaciones, porque hay ¡¡mucho más que 4!! De hecho creo que hay más de 10.
Y justo por esto nos tomó algo de tiempo decidir, pero logramos hacerlo, y por cierto, todos sentimos que hicimos una buena elección y disfrutamos de un delicioso desayuno.
Probamos uno de banana con sirope de chocolate, otro con chantilly y mermelada de guayaba, uno más con chantilly y pasas y finalmente el mío que era de tocino, mantequilla y jarabe de maple. Al final, luego de probar todos, mi favorito fue el mío porque lo sentí como un desayuno; los demás eran como para merendar, eso según mi gusto claro está.
Lo importante de todo es que cada quien estuvo feliz con su elección y eso fue genial. No hubo arrepentimientos ni desilusiones, sino que pudimos disfrutar de un desayuno bastante rico y a pesar de la demora para traerlos a la mesa siento que valió completamente la pena, además la espera sirvió para conversar un poco, disfrutar de nuestra compañía y por supuesto tomar fotitos.
Y como siempre digo, no es el lugar, no es el tiempo, ni lo que haces, sino quien está contigo lo que hace de de un día común un día especial, y pasar aunque sea 15 minutos con mis personas favoritas en todo el mundo no tiene precio.
Amo a mi familia y pasar tiempo con ellos no tiene desperdicio, así se trate de salidas rapiditas sabemos aprovecharlas al máximo y disfrutarlas como se debe. A fin de cuentas, la vida está hecha de momentos. ¡Hay que vivirla!
Y aunque un poco tarde, quiero desearles un feliz día a todas las mamitas de #motherhood con las que comparto día a día el camino de la maternidad.
