Let's Make Butter Chicken | Probably India's Most Famous Recipe Worldwide
Hi guys, Hope everyone is doing well. Here I am another recipe. This recipe is probably India's most famous recipe worldwide. It's a complex recipe to cook. I am not an Indian but Bangladeshi but I enjoy butter chicken. As I live in a foreign country, the ingredient need for butter chicken are not all available here but hey its butter and chicken which is important hahaha. So, let us start the process.
Ingredients
- butter
- chicken
- ginger
- garlic
- tomatoes
- green chili
- cr猫me
- red chili powder
- turmeric
- coriander powder
- cumin powder
Process
Let us first cut the chicken into thin pieces and add the above mentioned spices. You can use any part of chicken. For my recipe I used chicken breast and chicken wings. Mix them with spices, oil and salt. The put a fry pan on the stove and add some butter. In the butter add the chicken, mix them and fry them.
Once they are fried add some tomatoes and also the garlic and green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes are going to melt. You can add a bit of water in the process.
Once the tomatoes are melted, add a bit of butter, mix it well and cook for a few minutes and then add double cream and cook in low heat.
Once the sauce thickens take the pan out of stove and now its eating time.
