After defeating turncoat raiders, noticed a dangerous creature through hanging corpses that kinda escaped seeing us. Using the Blades of Chaos to clear brambles for loot, we fought some demon raiders near a collapsed bridge before navigating dark drop-offs to scavenge more Hacksilver.
We continued moving forward through the frozen terrain after taking down the turncoat raiders. I expected to face another wave of monsters ahead, but we only found a path littered with corpses.
Suddenly, a shadow darted out of sight. Kratos warned us to stay on guard, guessing that whatever beast ran off was strong enough to have slaughtered those raiders.
Walking further along the path, I spotted the dead bodies of more raiders hanging above.
While Atreus pressed forward along the main path, I broke off to follow the creature's trail to search for hidden items. The side path led to a treasure chest wrapped in heavy brambles. I whipped out the Blades of Chaos, using their fire to burn away the vines and claim the Hacksilver inside.
I followed that route but ended up to a familiar sight. Realizing the path looped around to the far side of a collapsed bridge, I turned back to catch up with Atreus.
Without warning, several dead raiders pulled themselves off the ground and attacked us like zombies. I swung the Blades of Chaos in wide arcs, and started setting the monsters on fire while Atreus provided cover fire with his bow.
After clearing the area, Kratos stopped at another broken bridge and asked when it had fallen. Atreus quickly clarified that it collapsed a while ago and was not his doing, while forcing us to look for an alternate route.
As we walked, Atreus brought up his search for Loki, reminding Kratos of the ally who might help them, though Kratos bluntly reminded him that Týr was dead.
We reached a high ledge overlooking a dark pit that required us to drop down. I used the Blades of Chaos as grapples, latching onto the stone edges to drop down safely and scale back up later.
Spotting a hidden chest waiting in the shadows down below, I dropped into the pit to gather more Hacksilver. Once the loot was secured, I launched the Blades of Chaos back up toward the ledge and pulled myself out of the dark hole to continue the journey.
