Thor ended the duel after taking a heavy punch from Kratos, leaving Brok and Sindri to guide Kratos home. Reunited with Atreus and Mimir, Kratos confronted his son over hidden secrets regarding Tyr. After Atreus convinced Kratos to leave the cabin, I upgraded gear before stepping out on a new journey.

Thor stated he finally understood why his sons failed to defeat us, noting that even this diminished version of Kratos was formidable, though he insisted he was nothing like his fallen sons.

He added that the All-Father held specific plans for Atreus.

Enraged by the mention of his son, Kratos struck Thor with a heavy punch, knocking a tooth clean out of the Thor's mouth. Thor simply laughed at the strike, declaring that Kratos finally showed his true nature and considered their blood debt paid before flying away into the sky.

With the battle over, Sindri and Brok arrived to assist me in returning to Atreus. The blacksmith brothers prepared a realm travel door to speed up my journey back to the cabin.

As we traveled through the mystic passage, Brok warned that standing up to the Aesir meant trouble would keep coming, suggesting Kratos to abandon his home. Kratos refused to flee, showing zero fear of Odin's inevitable return.

Stepping through the doorway, I arrived back at the cabin to check on Atreus and Mimir. The house appeared completely empty at first, but the two soon emerged from their hiding spot.

Atreus confirmed he was unhurt, handed Mimir back to Kratos, and asked if his father had suffered any injuries. When Kratos demanded to know what Odin wanted, Atreus revealed that the All-Father had extended an invitation to Asgard, which he had immediately refused.

Kratos then pressed him on why he had been secretly searching for Tyr. Atreus admitted he kept it hidden because Kratos would have forbidden it, but insisted there was something critical his father needed to see.

Though Kratos expressed deep disappointment over the broken trust, Atreus argued that neither Odin nor Thor would leave them in peace, especially now that they could blast through their home's defenses at will. Moving to regain his father's trust, Atreus convinced Kratos to hear him out.

Kratos walked over to retrieve his Spartan blades, equipping his gear and ordering Atreus to gather his belongings for a long journey.

Before stepping outside, I took time to upgrade our weapons and armor. I attached the wooden knob to the Leviathan Axe, experimented with the Furious Maul, and checked the Blades of Chaos, though I lacked sufficient resources to upgrade my Spartan Rage ability.

With equipment readied, Kratos asked Atreus if he was prepared, ordering him to lead the way as he's ready to abandon the cabin to begin their long journey.

That's all for this session. More moments coming soon and thanks for checking it out.
